Program Overview

This 8-week tackle football camp is designed to prepare young athletes for competitive football by enhancing their strength, conditioning, and field skills. The program focuses on improving speed, agility, endurance, and overall football performance in a structured and competitive environment.

Schedule & Structure

Boys' Training: Every Tuesday & Thursday

Ages 10-13:
Strength & Conditioning: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Field Training: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Ages 14+:
Field Training: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Strength & Conditioning: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Training Focus

Strength & Conditioning: Athletes will engage in football-specific strength training and endurance drills to enhance performance and reduce injury risks.
Field Training: Sessions will focus on fundamentals, techniques, agility training, and game awareness to improve overall football skills.
